Tiffany Fullerton Hall Dome Stained Glass
The focal point of the Art Institute of Chicago's Fullerton Hall is the original 30 foot diameter leaded-glass dome that graces the ceiling. Executed and installed by the Louis Comfort Tiffany Studios in 1898 and then covered over at an unknown date, the dome was discovered when acoustical tiles were removed. The art glass has now been carefully conserved to its original splendor. The Royal Kiss by Rossetti Stained Glass
In the nineteenth century, artists were obsessed by medieval legends and art. Rosetti's stained glass work glorifies the romance of King René of Anjo and Isabella of Lorraine, who married in 1420. King René, an author of poems and romances, established an "artists' colony" at his court in 1442. It reminds us how timeless love, passion and romance has been through the ages. Original is in the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, England.

Egyptian Temple Grand Portico Stained Glass by Roberts
David Roberts is well known for his extensive collection of drawings completed during his visit to the Nile in Egypt during 1838. His detailed study of temples, hieroglyphs, ruins, archeological digs and historical monuments is considered one of the most ambitious art projects ever completed. He leaves behind an extensive legacy of Egyptian art in catalog form for us to marvel. This particular stained glass is an adaptation of his drawing of the Egyptian Temple Grand Portico from the Temple of Philae in Egypt.

Bank of Oise Stained Glass by Vincent Van Gogh
The Post-Impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh (1853-1890) is legendary for his heavy impasto application of paint, brilliant colors, and vibrant swirling brush strokes. This stained glass is an adaptation of his painting Bank of the Oise at Auvers from 1890 in the collection at the Detroit Institute of Arts. It is a study of the leisure activities of the Parisian bourgeoisie who enjoyed weekend trips to the river bank at Oise, a tributary of the Seine River.
